+ Project Management. Key advisor to the Co-CEOs at City Innovate, a govtech startup, I managed organization-wide initiatives: AI-enabled products; process documentation; hiring; training, and talent mapping; marketing; facilitate meetings; presentations; product; tracked complex tasks across high touch stakeholders including City of LA, CA and federal government senior Procurement officials, Chief Budget Officers, AI Strategy Leaders, and internally Co-CEOs, CTO, sales, marketing, and customer success. Led all AI sales slide decks and product demos. I applied as a fellow, was hired as a director and was promoted to Chief Strategy Officer after four months for my ability to multitask, time management, and successfully execute multiple parallel projects.
+ Data & Full Cycle AI. Data: asset review; inventory; source; pipeline strategy; configuration & management; visualization & analytics to evaluate impact; and engineered AI Automation for our RFPs accelerating the procurement process for our clients.
+ Systems & Processes Operational Efficiency. Implemented systems and processes to streamline organizational structure; increase cross-functional collaboration; track and allocate resources; product architecture to easily track all parties from onboarding, design thinking sessions, team progress, and final presentations and products. Developed long term and short term strategic goals in support of the mission reporting to the Co-CEOs.
+ Program Management. Built and led STIR Labs, a 16 week NSF grant-funded accelerator connecting government and local academic teams with local-based community organizations to co-develop and apply research that offer accelerated solutions to the critical issues that communities face. Designed and led the product roadmap for STIR Labs and our AI-enabled procurement products and established metrics of success for the accelerator and company-wide goals. Key Stakeholders: Community Organizers, Chief Innovation Officers, Chief of Police, Fire Chief; Chief Data Architect, Deputy Mayors, Mayors, and senior state and federal officials. Grant reporting to Dr. David Corman, Program Director of the Smart and Connected Communities (S&CC) and CIVIC Innovation Challenge Programs for the National Science Foundation.

+ Operational: Chief of Staff to the Los Angeles Public Library’s Chief Budget Officer reviewing fiscal year budgets of all 71 library branches.
+ Complex Financial & Budget Projects: Reconciliation of state and federal grants; research & develop recommendations; Account Receivables; and vendor management. I managed the City of LA Business Tax: built a database to track and analyze all accounts. Lack of awareness, guidance, and language barriers were causing exempt-qualifying business owners to be sent to collections. After a public awareness campaign: the compliance rate increased from 35% to 80%.
